PART FOUR — SCHEDULE C — PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
This Schedule is not exhaustive. Where a Product is unlawful, unsafe or contrary to public order in the Arab Republic of Egypt, it may not be listed even if it does not appear below. We may remove any listing without notice under clause 5.3 and apply the penalties in Schedule B.
C1. Prohibited Outright
The following may not be listed under any circumstances.
- Counterfeit and replica goods of any kind
- Weapons, ammunition, and their component parts
- Explosives, fireworks and pyrotechnics
- Narcotics and controlled substances
- Prescription medicines
- Alcohol
- Tobacco, shisha and vaping products
- Adult content and sexual wellness items
- Live animals
- Human remains, organs or bodily fluids
- Stolen goods
- Hazardous chemicals and radioactive material
- Surveillance devices and signal jammers
- Software or devices designed to circumvent security or copyright protection
- Currency, cheques, negotiable instruments and unlicensed financial products
- Government identity documents, uniforms, badges and insignia
- Antiquities and cultural artefacts
- Ivory and products derived from endangered species
- Goods breaching Egyptian import restrictions
- Any item contrary to public order, public morals or religious sensitivities
C2. Restricted — Prior Approval Required
The following may be listed only after written approval from us and on presentation of valid registration from the relevant authority. Listing before approval is a violation under Schedule B.

| Refurbished or used goods | Approved seller programme and explicit condition labelling |
| Lasers, high-power batteries, pressurised goods | Dangerous-goods declaration |
C3. Requesting Approval
Submit a category approval request through the Seller Center with: the brand and product list; the relevant authority registration or certificate; a brand authorisation letter or distribution agreement where you are not the manufacturer; and product images showing labelling in Arabic. We aim to respond within five (5) working days.
