E-SHARY Terms & Conditions

Multi-Category E-Commerce Marketplace — Arab Republic of Egypt

Last Updated: August 2026

PART ONE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction & Definitions

Welcome to E-SHARY ("E-SHARY", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), an online multi-category marketplace operating in Egypt through our website. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, whether as a visitor, a registered customer, or a registered seller.

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • 1.1 "Customer" or "you" refers to any person who browses, registers on, or purchases through the Platform.
  • 1.2 "Seller" or "Merchant" refers to any independent third-party merchant registered to list and sell products through the Platform.
  • 1.3 "Product" refers to any goods, items, or services listed for sale on the Platform.
  • 1.4 "Order" refers to a confirmed purchase request submitted by a Customer through the Platform.
  • 1.5 "Consumer Protection Law" refers to Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (Part Two of this document), our Privacy Policy, and any category-specific or promotional terms published on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Eligibility

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing an Order through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

  • 2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (Gregorian calendar) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Egyptian law.
  • 2.2 Persons under 18 may use the Platform only under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be bound by these Terms on their behalf.
  • 2.3 To purchase as a Customer, you must be able to provide a valid delivery address within Egypt.
  • 2.4 If you register on behalf of a company or legal entity, you warrant that you are duly authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • 3.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (name, mobile number, e-mail, and delivery address) and keep it updated at all times.
  • 3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and one-time passwords (OTPs), and you accept full liability for all activity conducted through your account.
  • 3.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. E-SHARY is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
  • 3.4 One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, vouchers, referral programs, or return policies is prohibited and may result in cancellation of orders and closure of all related accounts.
  • 3.5 E-SHARY reserves the right to refuse registration, or to suspend, freeze, or permanently close any account proven to be used for fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or any violation of Egyptian law or these Terms.
  • 3.6 Once registration is completed, your account remains active for an indefinite period, subject to suspension or termination in accordance with Clause 22 of these Terms.

4. Marketplace Model & Seller Responsibility

E-SHARY operates as an intermediary marketplace connecting independent third-party Sellers with Customers, and may also sell certain products directly ("Sold by E-SHARY"). The identity of the Seller responsible for each Product is displayed on the Product page and the invoice.

  • 4.1 For products sold by third-party Sellers, the sale contract is concluded directly between the Customer and the Seller. The Seller bears full legal responsibility for the Product's conformity with its declared specifications, quality, safety, labeling, and compliance with applicable Egyptian standards.
  • 4.2 To register as a Seller, the merchant must: (a) be a legal entity duly registered in Egypt holding a valid commercial registration, tax card, and any required trade licence; (b) provide proof of authorization and official identification for the individual who will register and operate the Seller account; (c) provide valid bank account details for settlement of payouts; and (d) acknowledge that certain product categories (e.g., cosmetics, food, supplements, medical devices, telecom equipment) require additional licenses, registrations, or regulatory approvals which the Seller must obtain and evidence before listing.
  • 4.3 All Sellers must comply with the Consumer Protection Law, the e-commerce provisions of applicable Egyptian legislation, VAT and e-invoicing obligations, and these Terms.
  • 4.4 E-SHARY facilitates payment, logistics, and customer service, and administers returns and refunds in accordance with the Return Policy, without this being deemed an assumption of the Seller's legal liability as the product supplier.
  • 4.5 E-SHARY applies onboarding checks and ongoing quality monitoring to Sellers, and may delist Products or suspend Sellers that breach these Terms, receive repeated verified complaints, or violate applicable law.

5. Product Listings, Descriptions & Content Accuracy

  • 5.1 Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of Product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, country of origin, and warranty information in their listings.
  • 5.2 Product images are for illustration purposes; minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches without constituting a defect.
  • 5.3 We strive to keep all information accurate; however, in the event of a manifest typographical or system error in a Product's price or description (e.g., a price that is evidently incorrect), E-SHARY or the Seller may cancel the affected Order prior to shipment and issue a full refund of any amounts paid.
  • 5.4 Availability of Products is subject to stock. If a Product becomes unavailable after an Order is placed, the Customer will be notified and refunded in full for the unavailable item.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

  • 6.1 Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase. An Order is accepted only upon issuance of an order confirmation and/or dispatch of the Products.
  • 6.2 E-SHARY may verify Orders by phone, SMS, or e-mail before processing, particularly for high-value or Cash-on-Delivery Orders, and may cancel unverifiable Orders.
  • 6.3 E-SHARY and the Seller reserve the right to limit quantities per Customer, restrict bulk or resale purchasing, and refuse Orders that show indicators of fraud or commercial resale.
  • 6.4 A tax invoice (electronic or printed) compliant with Egyptian Tax Authority requirements will be issued for every Order.

7. Pricing & Value Added Tax (VAT)

  • 7.1 All prices displayed on the Platform are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of the 14% Egyptian Value Added Tax, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
  • 7.2 Delivery fees, Cash-on-Delivery fees, and any optional service fees (e.g., installation) are displayed separately at checkout before Order confirmation.
  • 7.3 Prices are subject to change at any time; the price applicable to your Order is the price displayed at the moment of Order confirmation.
  • 7.4 Discounted prices display the previous reference price in accordance with Egyptian regulations governing promotions and price advertising.

8. Payment Methods & Security

Payment Clause Details & Terms
Accepted Payment Methods Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), local Meeza cards, e-wallets (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, WE Pay), Fawry reference-code payment, bank installment programs (where available), ValU and similar licensed BNPL providers (where available), E-SHARY store credit, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Security Standard All electronic transactions are processed through payment gateways licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), secured with SSL encryption and 3-D Secure authentication. E-SHARY does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Cash on Delivery (COD) A nominal COD handling fee may apply and is shown at checkout. COD may be unavailable for certain high-value items, certain areas, or accounts with a history of refused deliveries. Exact change is appreciated; couriers may not be able to break large notes.
Installments / BNPL Installment purchases are subject to the terms of the issuing bank or licensed finance provider. Approval, fees, and interest are determined solely by that provider.
Failed / Duplicate Charges If a payment is deducted without an Order being confirmed, or is charged twice, the amount is automatically reversed by the gateway or refunded within 7–14 business days upon verification.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • 8.1 If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (a “chargeback”) instead of contacting E-SHARY first, we may suspend the related account and any pending Orders while the dispute is investigated.
  • 8.2 Where a chargeback is raised on an Order that was delivered in accordance with these Terms, E-SHARY and/or the Seller may contest the chargeback and provide the bank with proof of delivery and transaction records.
  • 8.3 If a chargeback is upheld for a delivered Order without a valid reason, the disputed amount, associated bank fees, and administrative costs may be recovered from the Customer, offset against store credit, or referred for legal collection.
  • 8.4 Chargebacks arising from genuine fraud on your card (e.g., stolen card data) are handled in cooperation with the issuing bank and the licensed payment gateway; you will not be held liable where fraud is verified.

9. Promotions, Vouchers & Loyalty Programs

  • 9.1 Promotional codes, vouchers, and discounts are subject to their own published conditions (validity period, minimum basket value, eligible categories, usage limits) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • 9.2 Unless stated otherwise, one voucher may be used per Order and vouchers cannot be combined.
  • 9.3 If an Order paid partially with a voucher is returned, only the amount actually paid is refunded; the voucher value may be reissued at E-SHARY's discretion if still within its validity period.
  • 9.4 E-SHARY may cancel Orders and recover amounts where vouchers or referral rewards are obtained or used through manipulation, multiple accounts, or fraud.
  • 9.5 Loyalty points, cashback, and store credit have no cash value outside the Platform, are non-transferable, and expire in accordance with the program terms published on the Platform.

10. Shipping & Delivery

  • 10.1 E-SHARY delivers across all governorates of Egypt through its own logistics network and authorized courier partners. Estimated delivery times are shown on the Product page and at checkout and vary by location and Product type.
  • 10.2 Estimated delivery dates are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed deadlines; delays caused by couriers, weather, official holidays, or events outside our control do not entitle the Customer to compensation beyond the legal rights preserved under Egyptian law.
  • 10.3 Risk in the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery. The Customer (or an authorized adult recipient at the address) should inspect the external condition of the shipment upon receipt and note any visible damage with the courier.
  • 10.4 If delivery fails because the Customer is unreachable, refuses receipt without lawful cause, or provides an incorrect address, the Order may be returned and cancelled after the courier's standard re-attempts; prepaid amounts are refunded minus any legally permissible delivery costs, and repeated refusals may lead to COD being disabled for the account.
  • 10.5 Bulky items (large appliances, furniture) may be delivered by scheduled appointment; assembly and installation are included only where explicitly stated on the Product page.
  • 10.6 Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments from different Sellers; each shipment is tracked separately.
  • 10.7 Carrier liability. Products are handled by E-SHARY’s contracted courier partners from pickup until delivery. Risk in the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery. If a Product is lost or damaged while in the custody of the courier, the Customer is entitled to a replacement or full refund from E-SHARY, and E-SHARY settles the loss with the courier internally — the Customer is never required to pursue the shipping company directly.
  • 10.8 For Seller-fulfilled shipments (where permitted), the Seller bears responsibility for the Product until confirmed delivery, including loss or transit damage.
  • 10.9 Claims for visible transit damage should be raised at delivery or within 48 hours with supporting photos, without prejudice to your statutory rights and the Return Policy in Part Two.

11. Order Cancellation

  • 11.1 By the Customer: Customers may cancel an Order free of charge at any time before it is shipped, through the account dashboard or customer service; prepaid amounts are refunded in full in accordance with the Refund timelines in Part Two.
  • 11.2 After dispatch: Once an Order has shipped, cancellation is treated as a return under the Return Policy (Part Two).
  • 11.3 By the Platform: E-SHARY or the Seller may cancel an Order (with a full refund of amounts paid) in cases of stock unavailability, manifest pricing error, suspected fraud, failure of payment verification, or inability to deliver to the provided address.

12. Prohibited & Restricted Products

The following may not be listed, sold, or purchased through the Platform:

  • 12.1 Narcotics, psychotropic substances, and any materials controlled under Egyptian law.
  • 12.2 Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, and self-defense items restricted by law.
  • 12.3 Counterfeit, pirated, or trademark-infringing goods.
  • 12.4 Prescription-only medicines and unlicensed medical or pharmaceutical products.
  • 12.5 Tobacco, e-cigarettes, and alcohol, except where and to the extent permitted by applicable law and Platform policy.
  • 12.6 Stolen goods, recalled products, and products failing Egyptian safety standards.
  • 12.7 Live animals, endangered species, and products derived from them in violation of law.
  • 12.8 Any product whose sale, advertising, or circulation violates Egyptian law, public order, or public morals.
  • 12.9 Hazardous & dangerous goods. Products containing lithium batteries, flammable liquids or aerosols, corrosive or toxic chemicals, compressed gases, or other dangerous goods may be listed only where lawful, accurately declared, packaged and labeled in compliance with Egyptian regulations and carrier transport rules. E-SHARY may restrict quantities, shipping methods, or areas for such items, and may remove any listing that is undeclared or non-compliant. A detailed Hazardous Products Policy is published on the Platform and forms part of these Terms.
  • 12.10 Product recalls. If a Product is subject to a manufacturer, government, or platform-initiated recall or safety withdrawal: (a) sales of the Product are suspended immediately; (b) affected Customers are notified through their registered contact details with instructions; (c) Customers are entitled to a full refund or an approved remedy (repair/replacement) regardless of the standard return window; and (d) Sellers must cooperate fully, bear recall-related costs for Products they sold, and must not relist recalled items.
  • 12.11 Export controls. The Platform serves deliveries within Egypt. Purchasing Products for re-export is undertaken at the buyer’s own responsibility, and certain Products may not be exported where restricted under Egyptian law or applicable international trade controls. E-SHARY may refuse Orders it reasonably believes are intended for prohibited export.

13. User Conduct

Customers and Sellers agree not to:

  • 13.1 Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • 13.2 Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to breach the security or proper operation of the Platform, including through bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools.
  • 13.3 Manipulate prices, reviews, rankings, or promotions, or place fictitious orders.
  • 13.4 Upload or share content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • 13.5 Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent an affiliation with E-SHARY.
  • 13.6 Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, Sellers, couriers, or E-SHARY staff.
  • 13.7 Communication policy. All communication between Customers and Sellers must take place through the Platform’s messaging and order tools. Sharing or requesting phone numbers, WhatsApp contacts, e-mail addresses, social media handles, external links, or payment details within listings, messages, reviews, packaging inserts, or invoices is prohibited.
  • 13.8 Off-platform transactions. Inviting, arranging, or completing a sale outside the Platform (including “contact me on WhatsApp”, direct bank transfer, or cash deals) to avoid Platform fees or protections is a material violation. Orders transacted off-platform carry no E-SHARY protection, no return rights through the Platform, and no payment security.
  • 13.9 Violations of 13.7–13.8 may result in listing removal, withholding of related amounts, account suspension, or permanent closure for repeat offenses (see Part Three, Section 6).

14. Reviews & User-Generated Content

  • 14.1 Customers may post reviews and ratings for Products they have actually purchased. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and free of offensive language, personal data of others, or promotional/affiliate links.
  • 14.2 By submitting reviews, images, or other content, you grant E-SHARY a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and use that content on the Platform and in its marketing.
  • 14.3 E-SHARY may moderate, edit for policy compliance, or remove content that violates these Terms, and may suspend accounts engaged in fake or incentivized reviewing.
  • 14.4 Reviews must reflect a genuine purchase and personal experience. The following are prohibited and will be removed: reviews generated wholly or substantially by artificial intelligence tools; reviews posted in exchange for payment, free products, refunds, or vouchers (unless clearly and lawfully labeled as part of an authorized sampling program); fake or duplicated reviews; reviews posted by a Seller on their own or a competitor’s products; and review “swaps” between sellers.
  • 14.5 E-SHARY uses automated and manual detection to identify manipulated reviews and may remove content, void related rewards, suspend review privileges, and apply the enforcement measures in Part Three, Section 6 against Sellers who solicit or purchase reviews.
  • 14.6 Attempting to contact a Customer to change or remove a review in exchange for a benefit is prohibited.

15. Intellectual Property

  • 15.1 The E-SHARY name, logo, website, mobile applications, software, page designs, text, and all related materials are the registered intellectual property of E-SHARY or its licensors, protected under Egyptian Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002 and international treaties.
  • 15.2 Product trademarks and images belong to their respective owners or Sellers. No content may be copied, scraped, republished, or used commercially without prior written consent.
  • 15.3 If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice with supporting documents to our designated contact; verified infringing listings will be removed.
  • 15.4 IP claims process. Rights owners (or their authorized agents) may report an infringing listing through the IP Complaint Form available on the Platform, providing: proof of the right (registration certificate or equivalent), identification of the reported listing(s), and a declaration of good faith. Complete claims are reviewed and actioned within 3–5 business days, and the reporting party is notified of the outcome.
  • 15.5 Counter-notice. A Seller whose listing is removed may submit a counter-notice with evidence of authorization or non-infringement (e.g., invoices from the brand or an authorized distributor, license agreements). If the counter-notice is substantiated and the claimant does not escalate to a competent authority within 10 business days, the listing may be reinstated.
  • 15.6 Malicious claims. Submitting false, bad-faith, or anti-competitive IP complaints is prohibited. Where a claim is proven malicious, the affected listing is reinstated, and the claimant may be barred from the complaint process and held liable for damages caused to the Seller.
  • 15.7 These procedures do not limit any party’s right to apply directly to the Egyptian courts or the competent authorities.

16. Anti-Counterfeit & Anti-Fraud Commitment

  • 16.1 E-SHARY enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward counterfeit goods. Sellers found listing counterfeit products face immediate delisting, account termination, withholding of related payouts, and referral to the competent authorities.
  • 16.2 Customers who receive a product they believe to be counterfeit may report it within the return window and will receive a full refund upon verification, including delivery fees.
  • 16.3 Repeat infringer policy. Violations are tracked per Seller account on an escalating scale: first substantiated violation — formal warning and listing removal; second — temporary suspension of the affected listings or store (7–30 days) and mandatory corrective action; third — permanent closure of the store, forfeiture of promotional benefits, and withholding of funds connected to infringing sales pending settlement of claims. Severe violations (counterfeit goods, fraud, dangerous products) may result in immediate permanent closure without prior warnings.
  • 16.4 Fraud investigation. Where E-SHARY reasonably suspects fraudulent activity (including payment fraud, fake orders, self-purchasing, voucher abuse, identity misuse, or money-laundering indicators), it may: (a) freeze the account and any related accounts; (b) place a temporary hold on associated balances and pending payouts; (c) request supporting documents and proofs (identity, invoices, proof of sourcing, delivery evidence); and (d) cancel or reverse affected transactions.
  • 16.5 Investigations are concluded within a reasonable period, normally not exceeding 90 days. If fraud is not established, holds are released promptly. If fraud is established, E-SHARY may terminate the account, recover losses from held balances, and report the matter to the competent Egyptian authorities.
  • 16.6 Seller identity verification (KYC), anti-money-laundering checks, and periodic re-verification requirements are detailed in Part Three, Section 2.

17. Privacy & Data Protection

  • 17.1 Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
  • 17.2 We collect only the data necessary to operate the Platform (account data, order and delivery data, payment confirmation data, and service communications) and do not sell personal data to third parties.
  • 17.3 Data may be shared with Sellers, couriers, payment gateways, and authorities only to the extent necessary to fulfill Orders or comply with legal obligations.
  • 17.4 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may opt out of marketing communications at any time, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • 17.5 Cookies & tracking technologies. The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies in four categories: (a) strictly necessary cookies (login sessions, cart, security) which cannot be disabled; (b) performance and analytics cookies that help us measure and improve the Platform; (c) functionality cookies that remember your preferences (language, saved addresses); and (d) advertising/marketing cookies used to show relevant offers on and off the Platform.
  • 17.6 On your first visit you will be shown a cookie notice allowing you to accept or manage non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Platform from functioning.
  • 17.7 Analytics and advertising partners process data under their own privacy terms as independent or joint controllers, as described in our standalone Privacy & Cookies Policy published on the Platform, which forms part of these Terms.
  • 17.8 We honor opt-outs from marketing communications at any time via your account settings or the unsubscribe link in each message.

18. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • 18.1 Products carrying a manufacturer's or agent's warranty are serviced according to the warranty card included with the Product; the warranty period and authorized service centers are stated on the Product page or warranty documentation.
  • 18.2 Nothing in these Terms limits the Customer's statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Law, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
  • 18.3 The Platform itself (website and applications) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the Platform secure and uninterrupted, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or continuously available.

19. Limitation of Liability

  • 19.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, E-SHARY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Platform.
  • 19.2 E-SHARY's aggregate liability in connection with any Order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for that Order, without prejudice to non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection Law.
  • 19.3 E-SHARY is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party Sellers beyond the remedies expressly provided in these Terms and the Return Policy, nor for third-party websites linked from the Platform.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E-SHARY, its affiliates, and their officers and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

21. Force Majeure

Neither E-SHARY nor Sellers shall be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, acts of government, currency or import restrictions, telecommunications or power failures, strikes, or civil disturbances. Obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, and affected Orders may be cancelled with a full refund if performance becomes impossible.

22. Suspension & Termination

  • 22.1 We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, or cancel pending Orders, for any account that breaches these Terms, engages in fraud or abuse, or is required to be suspended by law or competent authorities.
  • 22.2 Customers may close their account at any time via customer service; closure does not affect obligations arising from Orders already placed.
  • 22.3 Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

23. Changes to the Services & These Terms

E-SHARY may, at its sole discretion, introduce new services and features, or update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Services (including delivery options, payment methods, and promotional programs) at any time. Where a withdrawn service affects a confirmed paid Order that can no longer be fulfilled, the Customer will receive a full refund of amounts paid for that Order; beyond this, E-SHARY shall not be liable for exercising this discretion.

E-SHARY may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, services, or business practice. The updated version will be published on the Platform with its effective date, and material changes will be notified through the Platform, e-mail, or SMS. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Orders placed before an amendment remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of the Order.

24. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • 24.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations.
  • 24.2 Complaints should first be raised with E-SHARY customer service, which will endeavor to resolve them within the timeframes required by law.
  • 24.3 Customers retain the right to escalate complaints to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) at any time. Disputes not resolved amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts, without prejudice to consumers' rights to resort to their legally designated venues.
  • 24.4 Optional arbitration. Without prejudice to Clause 24.1–24.3, E-SHARY and a Seller or Customer may agree in writing to refer a dispute to arbitration in Cairo, conducted in Arabic under the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) Rules, by a sole arbitrator, applying Egyptian law. Consumer statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Law remain unaffected and consumers always retain the right to complain to the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA).

25. General Provisions

  • 25.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • 25.2 No waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • 25.3 Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms; E-SHARY may assign to an affiliate or successor with notice.
  • 25.4 Notices: Official notices are sent to the e-mail or mobile number registered on your account and are deemed received upon dispatch.
  • 25.5 Language: The Arabic version of these Terms, once issued, prevails in case of any conflict with the English version before Egyptian authorities and courts.
  • 25.6 Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and E-SHARY regarding use of the Platform.
