Warranties & Disclaimers

  • 18.1 Products carrying a manufacturer's or agent's warranty are serviced according to the warranty card included with the Product; the warranty period and authorized service centers are stated on the Product page or warranty documentation.
  • 18.2 Nothing in these Terms limits the Customer's statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Law, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
  • 18.3 The Platform itself (website and applications) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the Platform secure and uninterrupted, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or continuously available.

Warranty Claims After the Return Window

  • 10.1 After the 30-day defect window, products remain covered by any manufacturer's or authorized agent's warranty stated on the Product page or warranty card.
  • 10.2 Warranty service is provided through the authorized service centers listed on the warranty card; E-SHARY customer service can help direct you to the correct center and follow up on Seller-backed warranties.
  • 10.3 Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, electrical surges outside stated tolerances, or normal wear and tear, per the warranty terms.
